  • Shared bathroom, large backyard, open kitchen, and dining areas

  • Common living spaces

  • Residential neighborhood setting

This home is appropriate for individuals who are:

  • Independent with activities of daily living

  • Able to self-manage medications

  • Seeking stable housing with meals included

We accept residents with representative payee arrangements and regularly coordinate with:

  • Social workers

  • Adult Protective Services (APS)

  • Community case managers

  • Local referral partners

We value collaborative communication to help ensure smooth placement and stability for residents.

Our Woodland property offers furnished room rentals under a lodging lease arrangement.

  • Shared kitchen, bathroom, and common areas

  • Walking distance to many shopping, laundry, restaurants, and Woodland Movie Theater on Main Street.

Meals are not provided at this location.

Woodland operates strictly as furnished lodging. Residents are responsible for their own meals and personal needs. Lease terms apply.

We welcome referrals and also work with:

  • Payee arrangements when applicable
